Welcome to FWTT (Fantasy Women's Tennis Tour)

History
FWTT, or the Fantasy Women's Tennis Tour, was born on April 10th, 2000. The first tournament ever held was Hilton Head, which was only a singles tournament. Doubles were introduced the next week in Hamburg.

General Rules
1- Create a Fantasy Player with the following information:
(text in Italics are examples)

Name: Mary Davies
Birthdate: May 30th 1984 (You must be 16 Years Old if you are totally new to FWTT)
Nationality: French
Best Surfaces: Hard, Clay, Carpet, Grass (You must select your order with only those 4 surfaces)

For what are those surfaces?
Those surfaces mean how many points you will be able to use when you play. For your first surface (in this example hard) you will get 103 points, then 102 for clay, 101 for carpet and 100 for grass.

How we get a score?
You need to divide this points between 3 sets. Example:

You
1st Set: 50 points
2nd Set: 50 points
3rd Set: 03 points

Your opponent
1st Set: 40
2nd Set: 60
3rd Set: 0

In this case you would win the match 7-6(7-0) 6-7(0-7) 7-6(7-3)

Quote:
In some cases this scores will be changed for making the game more reliable. Example 6-4 4-6 6-4
But how you got the score?

Here are the tables:

Scoring By Difference of Points
60 or more = 6-0
50 to 59 = 6-1
40 to 49 = 6-2
30 to 39 = 6-3
20 to 29 = 6-4
10 to 16 = 7-5
00 to 09 = 7-6

Tie-Break
00 = 12-10 or 11-9
01 = 10-8
02 = 9-7
03 = 8-6
04 = 7-5
05 = 7-4
06 = 7-3
07 = 7-2
08 = 7-1
09 = 7-0

If points are tied (example 50 & 50) then the one that has the surface were the event is played in a higher possition gets the set, if also in that are tied then the higher ranked.

Ok , ok but to who I send this things?
All players must start in the juniors. So you would have to send your profile to Paul_Masterton who is the one who runs the FWTT Jrs. For entering the tournaments you must sign in the tournament signing threads, you can find them in the different forums of the Message Board. You will send points to him as the way he specifies (E-mail or Private Message) and with a deadline that he will also specify.

How do I turn a pro player?
In Roland Garros and in the Chase Championships, some players (Who dont have a pro player already) are choosed to play the pro's because of their good results and ranking. Anyways you can still play some pro events if your results are good enough earlier.

If you have any questions or suggestions please post them here so I can add them Thanx
