Warsaw 2007

Last year, Warsaw was Anna's best tournament ever. Until she broke through as a top player last fall.
In 2006, Anna beat Jankovic, Hantuchova and Ivanovic to reach the Warsaw semis.

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!

Agreed, that would be cool. Anna's got a semi-final to defend here. At least she got a match in the Fed Cup on clay for preparation. Even though it was a dead rubber there was still pressure not to let her country down so I think it was a good primer.

Anna Chakvetadze
Agnieszka Radwanska Vera Zvonareva • Laura Robson • Donna Vekic Heather WatsonElina Svitolina Melanie Oudin • Andrea Petkovic

Re: Warsaw 2007

Good luck Anyta Time for new victories.

I’d like to take Roddick’s serve, Gonzales’s forehand… As well as Federer’s backhand and mental. Then I’d be world number 1, easy! No one could beat me.

Re: Warsaw 2007

Anna has a good draw to the quarterfinals although Garbin could be problematic on clay. Chakvetadze vs. Jankovic would be

Re: Warsaw 2007

Yes, Garbin is very good right now, I don't think they have played before?
But Anna leads Jankovic 4-1 (H2H)
