I saw Maret Ani against Martina Muller at the USO 2001,I think in german TV and since that I´m a big fan of Maret and Martina and then I heard from Kaia Kanepi and found a video about her ,that are the reasons
Anything new about our Estonian babas? Maindraw appearances in Hobart or so??? Do they play any warm-up events before Ausopen? Hope Kaia can qualify for the Australian Open as well!!!
GOOD LUCK TO MY FAVE PLAYERS
Maret Ani (finally a powerful WTA girl!) - Jarmila Gajdosova (will you marry me, dear?) - Stéphanie Dubois (Canadian Candy) - Kaia Kanepi (don't fool me with your losses, ok?!?) - Tszvetana Pironkova (jumping onto Bulgarian Bandwagon) - Alicia Molik (shut up, bloody virus!) - Maria Kirilenko (sweet lil' Masha) - Marta Domachowska (the feet-new-positioning Queen-before-opponent-serves" and the girl with the sexiest lips) - Elena Vesnina (another new Elena onto the block! Watch out!) - Misa Krajicek (the sympathic, the earth-bound... )
that was a close one. She now sees that is is a completely different playing at WTATour niveau - I am pretty sure she would have beaten Haynes in a challenger. I think Haynes just won, because she has more experience playing WTATour tournaments. Maret has to learn from that match and move on - many WTA tournaments to come up!
As for Kaia I am pretty dissappointed with her performance. I thought she would put up a better fight. Meng for sure is a talented player, but so is Kaia!
would love to see a Ani/Kanepi doubles at the Australian Open
