On court coaching

I believe they are supposed to have on court coaching in Zurich.
Have any players used it so far?
Have any coaches made the difference in a match?

they won't show on court coaching on TV bc of commercial breaks
it makes the whole point to make it more interactive/fun for spectators ridiculous
