Bercy will also be the final tournament which Marat Safin will play on the ATP circuit. The Russian has won the BNP Paribas Masters on three occasions (2000, 2002 and 2004) and was also part of the Davis Cup team which captured the trophy in the same stadium in 2002. The former world No.1 will be given a fitting send-off, and will carry out the draw on Friday 6 November.
One of my friends who was a volunteer of China Open and worked for it,she loves Dina so much. She told me Dina was the first player to order the training court. Not only for herself but for Marat. She was about to leave and remembered she only ordered the court for Marat while forgot herself
When Dina met Marat first time, they embraced each other.Dina acted like a cute little girl to her brother, then Marat slapped her back gently
Dina cried when she entered into the players tunnel after her lose. She cried behind the door for a long time My friend couldn't stop crying for Dina that day so that she was unable to work normally Then she knew how much she loved the girl

Tracy Thank you so much for the story. It's so sweet the way she forgot to book the practise court even though it's her favourite place of any tournament She had it twice on the same day.
Dina forgetting to book her practice session , can't say i'm really surprised  Doing something for Marat was probably the highlight of her day
Having a big brother with a pretty big age difference is always the same scenario ! My brother is like one of the only person in the world i don't have a problem hugging but in return i always get a slap ( when he's not literaly punching me ) on my head or on my back but then i threaten him to tell all his secrets to his wife for him to stop and it works pretty well
For some reasons i'm just gonna forget the last part of your story
Thanks for the sweet story Tracy! I always love hearing about those two together.. Hopefully we will get some good stories from Moscow. (assuming she is there. :shrug
Ah ok. I mean, it's not illegal everywhere. When your official profession is "prostitute" here in Germany you even pay taxes  so it's legal as long as you're not forced to do it.
Being a prostitute is legal here but owning a brothel and being a pimp isn't
Germany is the exact opposite, everything is legal. Just checked a site and Greece is the only country in Europe that has the same legal opinion about prostitution as Germany.
Come on Maz - you know that this thing would be blown out of proportion. "Well known" probably means that they've made an ATP QF this year and are ranked inside the top 150.
But anything to do with sex and the tennis world is fun!!!
I did think that but it provided a lot of entertainment for us tennis folk so it evens itself out
I don't know why but I just find this whole situation hilarious. More than anything I want Marat to be asked about it in his presser. Can you imagine what he might say?
Edit* Someone on MTF reportedly saw on TV that it was Dimitrov and Bellucci and the girls were minors.
True - lots of gossip on MTF. Now they are saying it is Gulbis!!!
Also this hilarious tidbit..
Spare a thought for the two players detained by Swedish police on suspicion of soliciting prostitutes ahead of this week's Stockholm Open. In accordance with Swedish law, the players' names have not been made public, but their identities quickly spread around the tennis grapevine. Before long, a locker-room prankster had filled their cubicles with condoms, dirty magazines and a whip.
"Monaco found out last night that he was accused in the Argentine press of being the player who bought sex during the weekend while Gulbis already acknowledged. He will probably have a difficult time before the match on Wednesday. I'll try to take advantage of it early in the match ..."
Did Flavia still have chances for Doha? I thought she was out of the race after her latest losses?
It doesn't matter anymore now but I thought it was between JJ and Vera with a very small chance for Radwanska.
