"Nicole is growing, growing, growing," comments Nick Bollettieri. "It is very important that she keeps working hard physically and mentally as well as on her serve and volley technique, if she and her father want her to develop into a more aggressive player. But be patient, a serve and volley game takes time to develop. I, along with my entire staff, am very proud of her accomplishments."
It's great to see Nicole incorporating serve and volleying into her game, as It's suitable to her frame but also to the tour - Lisa can't stay around forever.
Great stuff Nicole, hopefully they will the Asagoe/Nicole match here on TV
Also, Nicole has pretty much secured herself a place in the Qualies of Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open. Which means that those events will NOT count on her record!
She really has a great chance to finish well inside the top 200.
Here are the 3 events in which Nicole selected as her reward for finishing inside the Junior top 10 in 2003.

Congrats to Nicole! But Kimmie's Boy, do you think she will still want to play 2 25K events after she turns 15? As I understand it (I could be wrong) they would count against her 8 events allowed after 15 -- and her ranking is getting high enough that I think she could make WTA level events, particularly if she scores some points at the grand slams.
pretty doubt she will play those.
As the rules state 14 yr olds can only play 4 events greater than $10k.
Nicole luckily is just about a month away from being 15 so greater freedom.
