I always thought she was a girl. From the beginning. Just gave that impression to me.

Also, when I think of Brazil, I think of Brazilian girls in bikinis on beaches in the sun ... they always do well in beauty pageants you know? There's that, then there are soccer players. And Carnival, with all the girls in skimpy costumes. That's my mental picture of Brazil. Possibly slightly inaccurate. I also imagine a lot of Latin American dancing.

I think there is a good mixture of guys and girls in Ana's forum.

Time for Ana to show some high level tennis and take down Vika. She's ripe for the taking, Vika's serve is unreliable and doublefault prone right now, but does Ana have it in her at the moment? We will see.

B and S are my 2 surnames initials. So I sign like that.. Isa from Isabela and B and S from my surnames. Its not a real nickname though. My name has endless nicknames.. I answer to them all.. Isa, Izzy, Bel (which is how my family calls me), Bela...

Ana needs to avoid shitting on her pants, attack Vika's serve and serve really well herself.

Re: Route 66: Ana in America - 2013 edition

Can you guys believe Hantuchova's draw (she wasn't seeded) all the way to the QF:

R1- (WC)Maria Sanchez
R2- (WC)Victoria Duval
R3- (Q)Julia Glushko
R4- (WC)Alison Riske

Haha. This is phenomenal.

Yeah. I never saw that some unseeded player gets this cakewalk draw. However, I feel she might retire in 2014, so it's ok, probably her last appearance in 2nd weeks of a Slam.

Re: Route 66: Ana in America - 2013 edition

Well in past Ana didn't have problems with playing after rain or when it's cold. Actually she always seemed to me like someone who handles those conditions better than most of other players.

Lets hope the rain will stop soon. NID on Hantuchova started tanking just after I posted her cakewalk draw to the QF.
