Big Comeback of The Claycourt Queen - Roland Garros 2013 Thread

Ana looks healthy, happy, motivated, excited and in good shape, just two weeks before hers favorite Grand Slam event. So everything can be happen!

According to Roland Garros tradition half where is defending WTA champion (Sharapova this season) playing first, and that is reason why I want to see Ana in Maria's half of draw (but not in hers quarter of course, where is very welcome Aga or Vika). If she draws opposite Serena's half of draw, there is one potential case of day-to-day matches (QF and SF) which is bad for Ana's fitness. So wish her good draw, and to stay injury free and focused. R4 Round-16 where she will very probably face TOP4 seed will be crucial.

and I'm not even fan of Ana Ivanovic... just an objective observer who realize how perfect she is

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)

I'm open this predictive "Happy End" thread about Ivanovic, and look what happens already in less than hour after that

It's a sign!

"Happy ending" makes it sound like: a) she's retiring, or b) she's getting a Thai massage

Re: Roland Garros 2013 - The Happy End Thread

The name of this thread is kinda scary to me

But it can be good too, happy end maybe mean Ana on the knees at Philippe Chatrier after win in the final , and then trophy in her arms

It would be great, half of the posters would be banned
but let's see can Maria repeat Ana's success in Paris - two finals in a row I hope and think she can't

Re: Big Comeback of The Claycourt Queen - Roland Garros 2013 Thread

Considering Ana's rankings, most perfect draw IMO (if all seeds make it like they should) would be:

Round 3 - Stephens or Zakopalova
Round 4 - A Radwanska
QF - Errani or Wozniacki
SF - Sharapova
F - Whoever makes it

Come on Ana!
