One match at a time guys. Sveta is going to be a tough ask, disregard their history for now.

I really look forward to this match. It should be a high quality, competitive and entertaining match between two GS winners.

Both Ana and Sveta have been playing well, and they both have all the shots.

Ana wins. Those first 3 games were simply unplayable.. if only she could sustain that level for more than 3 games. Rest of the match was so so.. Ana rarely serves out matches without trouble these days.

I finally saw Ana's boyfriend on TV.. and he is quite cute. Better than in pics. He was also really involved in the match. Liked that. Ana can use some cheering.

You could so tell that she wouldn't sustain it though

So now the massive disappointment in this tourney will come from another loss to Errani? Please don't let it be so

Yes, we all knew we would be dragged back into reality soon enough..

NOT another loss to Errani.. NO.. can't accept that. I still have nightmares with that RG match.. Ana's last real chance of a top 10 ranking thrown away stupidly.

Halep's had two matches go 7-5 in the third in a row, and she's not all that amazing to begin with. Nothing to worry about .

Ana was phenomenal! Best match I've seen her play in a long, long time. I hope she brings the same against Errani tomorrow!

Rena's Army, Ana and Vika!!!

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

Glad she played so well Errani will make her play a lot of balls so she's going to have to be patient and wait for the right shot to go for. GL Ana!!!

I guess the positive is that Sara won't be pressuring her like Sveta was at times today. It's the old "everything's on her racket" kinda match. We'll see if Ana's up for that type of pressure
