Yes, Ana is popular in the States and Svetlana is a past Miami champion.

Kuznetsova next. She's been in pretty good form, without having Ana's match it's hard to predict. I'm expecting a loss to avoid too much disappointment.

Ana should win, her game matches up well with Kuznetsova.

Unless she plays like a crap, she should win. Her losses to Svetlana happened only when she played awful, it's such a good match up for her.

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

Ana should move to R4 in two sets, if her statistics from match with Radwanska repeats vs Kuznetsova. Her 1st and 2nd service points won were excellent. Svetlana is a good match up for Ana, as Cajka said. If Ana plays good, she should win in two sets.

I am so happy she finally beat one of the sisters. Next time let's beat Agnieszka too.

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

I don't think a U. Radwanska win is anywhere near the same ballpark as an A. Radwanska one but any win is good ATM as a lot of points were lost at Indian Wells .

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

Ana wrote on her FB page that she played one her best matches in 2013, so I believe she really was impressive:

"What a day! Rain delays, then a floodlight failure. But then I played one of my best matches in a while, so it's all good Here's a pic of me leaving the court when the lights went out!"

Where is Izzy? Isn't she happy that Ana has resurrected herself and plays like a dominant star player?

Dominant star player? Because she beat Ula? Ok..

I'm happy Ana won.. but it really means nothing..

I hope she wins more matches in Miami.

Welcome back, Izzy. Ana didn't face a single break point in that match and she beat Urszula more convincingly than Vika did at IW.

Tomorrow's match with Svetlana will be competitive but I like Ana's chances because she is a better tennis player at the moment.

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

Muguruza crashed Wozniacki, Tomljanovic makes 4th round by beathing Pervak, Goerges and Petkovic, Azarenka out from the very beggining, Kvitova loses 1st set agains Flipkens 0:6 at the moment... what a tournament!

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

I'm not surprised that MugGoat beat Caro, she's in really big form, I thought it could happen. But I am surprised that she won comfortably in 2. I think that Petra will win in the end, but the bagel came out of nowhere. Aga is in horrible form. Why couldn't Ana be in one of those messy draw parts.

Re: Indian Wells-Miami

I really want to see Ana beating Errani in R4! Before that she'll have to def Kuznetsova. I hope Ana manages to do both. QF would be really good result! However, I think she should believe she can go even deeper than QF.

Ana has a tough draw, Kuznetsova, Errani and Maria are all in good forms. Ana needs to take it one match at a time.

The saving grace is SF is certainly winnable if Ana gets there.
