I'm watching Hewitt x Rafa, and it's so windy now!

Re: anapolis general tennis discussion thread

I really wanted to watch Henin x Sharapova.. but it might catch me at lunch time. My family won't be happy if I announce I will pass on the cousins reunion to go watch a tennis match. I've done it for Ana, and taken a lot of heat..

Yeah yeah.. Ana should be ashamed. Now either Shvedova or Groth will make RG QF.

she had a cakewalk draw

you know i'm even more pissed that she did well in Rome and baited us... i would have preferred she crashed out in the 1st round in rome so we would not have expected any results. she can't even fight anymore in slams, she doesn't even care

Yes.. I feel like you... I wish she had just sucked all around. It seems to have gotten worse after Rome.

What pisses me off more is that she doesn't even fight.. a effing grand slam, and she doesn't even try. One thing is to tank at an international event, like Serena does sometimes.. I don't defend that.. but hey, I can understand it. But I'll never understand tanking a grand slam match. It pisses me off big time.

Even playing like crap she could have made the QF. I mean.. look at who she had to play.. Against Kleybs, if she had hung in there, I'm sure she would have a big chance in a third set. Kleybs completely ran out of gass in the third today. But no... she just let go of the match. A grand slam match. This pisses me off to no end.

yeah but she choked, and it was her first 1st round loss in a slam... also i was so pissed at her faking that injury and limping while during the points she was running down everything
at least now her losses are not painful anymore, they are just pathetic
