US Open: Ana cheer up, go get a drink, and take a short vacation somewhere.

Time for me to open my very first thread!

Ok so LA, Cincy, and Toronto sucked Now all Ana needs to do is to concentrate on US Open. It should be interesting considering the fact that Ana ALMOST won today, so just focus on US Open Ana, please.

The last time she played here, . After her second round last year she was everywhere , radio, tv, newspaper, "Coin hits the jackpot!" or "Shocking loss!" damn Americans don't have anything else to report on?! (this was before stock market collapse)

So Ana reverse your fortune by playing a good US Open, or at least get past 2nd round!!

Let's go!!

Update: sigh...

Re: US Open Series: Avenging second round loss disaster in NYC!!!

My guess:

1R: Clijsters beat Ivanovic 6-3 6-0

Here's my prediction:

Ana will lose to Julie Coin 6-3, 2-6, 3-6 in the 1st round.

Apathetic Ana Ivanovic fan.

I'm only hoping for a 1R victory to keep the streak alive.

As such, I'm begging the draw gods to keep Clijsters away from Ana.

I hope whoever draws Ana gives her a walkover.

Waiting for Ana Ivanovic to just retire already .

I'm the first one to get negative sometimes.. but seriously this is out of hand now. Just try and have some faith. She is still winning matches and she is still trying.

I just want Ana to win her first match. After that everything is a bonus.

Sven has just writen this in his facebook, along with a pic of him and Wozniacki.

Does this mean he will be with her in New Haven? Because that would see Ana practicing alone.. Cahill has ESPN duties in New Haven as well.

Oh well.. would that even make any difference?
