Re: FedCup.

I really believe that Ana will win both her matches because it is playing in Serbia and audience is on her side, and let's be honest, although she isn't in top ten anymore, she didn't forget to play.

C'mon Ana

She will play against both Kuznetsova and Kleybanova.. tough task..

Most likely one match against both Kleybanova and Svetlana, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday. Last year the schedule came out the day before the first match against Japan, i think.

Those two? Uh-oh. I see her losing both of those matches unfortunately.

Please Ana just get it together.

Yep its looking impossible for Serbia without JJ, but only hope is that Ana can beat one of them to avoid the whitewash 0-5

Dream is that Ana reaches back into May 2008 and beats both, and then teams up with whoever to win a 3-2 for Serbia!!
Then I wake up, and see they probably lose 5-0

Cirstea Kirilenko Goerges Ivanovic Cibulkova Petkovic
Paszek - Vesnina - Minella - Gajdosova - Robson - Pennetta

Re: FedCup.

So i take it nobody gives the other 2 Serbs a chance if they have to substitute for JJ? I never saw either of them, but who knows, maybe one can pull off an upset on the home court. Sveta has her days when she makes so many errors she beats herself.

Re: FedCup.

It's becoming a recurring pattern for me (see Wimbledon 2009 threads ) to proclaim on here that I have a good feeling that Ana will turn things around. Eventually I'll be right It's just the perfect stage for Ana to forget about all of her overthinking on the court and be the hero for her country.
I love JJ, I really do, but maybe this is just what Ana needs.

Sigh, my capacity for unlikely wishful thinking is endless

See,Mixo??You were worried about stuff that you didn't even understand

Isabela LOVES it when the Auditor comes in for a.....ummmm...'face-to-face consultation'....In fact, she usually cancels the other appointments on her mayoral schedule for that
