How to become a Tennis Tipping Manager?
Every Tennis Tipping player is allowed to do managing.
New managers should start with challenger tournaments but there is no rule on it.
The thread for the tournament should be opened at least one week before the first entry deadlines are set.
If you want to manage a tournament, make sure that you have enough time to do the updates and differences and make sure that you follow the Guidelines for Managers.
All you have to do is to ask for (a) tournament(s) in this thread, doesn´t matter if another user wants the same tournament, you still can ask for it and after some time (usually 1 week) I will make a decision and confirm the managers by adding the names on the front page.

Guidelines for managers for all tournaments:
1) Managers have to post at least one updated Entry List before the 1st deadline is over (at latest on Saturday, 6pm CET/CEST)
2) Managers should update the first page regularly (Entry Lists, Draws/Results, Daily OOP, differences etc.)
3) Managers should post the TT Schedule of Play on first page as well (incl. Deadlines)
4) Managers should post differences as close to deadline as possible
5) Managers should be aware of the Basic Rules of TT (incl TB rules, rules for LLs/ALTs)
6) Managers should check for the deadline before they post the OOP, post the OOP in time and post first and last names of the players to make sure that everyone knows who will actually play (can get complicated with Chinese names for example)
7) Managers should post a LL/ALT List
8) Managers, who use sfar´s EL maker, should post the list of players (which they insert into the EL maker) in the tournament thread as well so that players can make regular updates of the EL themselves, if they want to
9) Managers who are unsure about which matches should be TB and which not, checking bet sites, activity of players, H2H of players, that all can make your decision easier, just remember that TB matches should be the most difficult to predict in general
10) Managers should inform Frederik in the Protected Ranking Thread if a player commits to a tournament using his PR for singles and/or doubles!
11) Managers should inform the board if a player/team wants to enter a tournament with a Wild Card
Those are the basics, doing that is totally enough but for bigger tournaments players might expect a bit more, doing some extra stuff, just like:
- posting H2H
- graphics
- graphics of group standings for RR tournaments
- Schedule of Play for TT players
- Interviews/Previews/Reports etc.
