I hope Makiri`s knee is better too. We need to see her get it back in the right direction in Indian Wells.

I like the draw, but I don't know what to expect. Her record after posing for SI is about as good as Harkleroad's after posing for Playboy.

Better draw than I expected. I guess we just need to see how it goes with her knee.

Why mention the photoshoot? her losing has nothing to do with that.

She says her knee is fine a week after she had to withdraw from a match, I don't believe her.. if her knee is fine then yeah good draw and she could win a few matches, all the best Maria.

^^ at that signature

Inflammation can be dealt with pretty quickly with anti-inflammatory drugs. However, if the underlying cause is not taken care of, there's a fair chance it will come back sooner than later.

Anyway, that's a nice draw. Hopefully she'll be healthy enough to make the most of it.

Good luck Maria!

Re: BNP Paribas Open - Indian Wells

I wonder if this knee problem needs to be taken more seriously. If all she does is rest it, I suspect it will be back sooner or later.

Re: BNP Paribas Open - Indian Wells

The draw looks very good. The best possible seed she could draw.
Now let's hope she's at 100% and able to show some aggressive tennis.

DAVAJ MARIA!!!!

1. Ana Ivanovic

2. Maria Kirilenko
3. Anastasija Sevastova
