Re: Dfs Classic Birmingham

This is a pretty good looking field there in Birmingham. I really hope that Makiri can get grass court season off to a very positive start.

Re: Dfs Classic Birmingham

Damn man Makiri has such bad luck with the draw. I think that she can get a couple of wins since she`s playing a qualifer and neither Dechy or Brianty seems like a threat to her on grass. Beyond that will take a miracle since it`s very likely she`ll be facing Jelena. Still i wish Makiri nothing but the best in Birmingham and hope that she gives it her best there.

Re: Dfs Classic Birmingham

Hopefully, seeing her good friend Ana make it to the finals at Roland Garros will inspire and motivate Makiri in getting a grip on her game and perform better. Good luck Makiri with your 1st round match!

Re: Dfs Classic Birmingham

Never heard of Kops-Jones, but she doesn't seem like a very threatening opponent. Things will get much harder after that.

Good luck Maria!
