Not trying to be horrible or anything but I can't agree with people saying Makiri is tired! I agree with KirilenkoRulz
we have to stop making up excuses for her...I don't see how she can be tired from playing 1 or 2 matches in tournaments (she's not like Petrova who is playing a lot of tournaments but getting deep into them, except a certain 1st round exit of hers
I really sound like I'm getting at Makiri, but really what I am trying to say is that, she's not tired etc, it's her style of play, it takes a lot longer for all court players to mature - look at Federer, he was a mess until it all came together - It's just I would feel a lot more confident if she had a coach on tour with her because at least then when she makes a 1st round exit we know her coach will sit her down and tell her where she was going wrong and what she needs to improve. I just want someone to push makiri into the next level.
Also KirilenkoRulz, I understand where you are coming from, Makiri was until the start of the year Sharapova's best friend, now she's Maria Kirilenko The next best thing Blonde Bombshell, and it can have a lot of pressure on her.
I just wish there was a way to tell her that as fans, we just want her to be happy and achieve what she can, and that we know she will be the best when the time calls for it, and that even though her modelling is great for us look at, if it meant it damaged her career and made her unhappy we'd rather she stopped.
If Makiri gets the right help and support I believe she'll be a slam winner by 25! (and you can quote me on that).
On a side not and slightly
I didn't realise she was so hated on GM! Although to me that means that she is feared (a lot of ALG fans were glad she was out, well until ALG went out herself
