Rank the 1 slam winners for women in Open Era

Rank the 1 slam winners and vote for the best female player to win only 1 slam. Here are my rankings:

1. Sabatini
2. Novotna
3. Martinez
-----huge gap-----

4. Ivanovic
5. Barker
6. Myskina
7. Majoli
8. Melville
9. Ruzici
10. Jausovec
11. Schiavone
----enormous gap----

12. Barbara Jordan
13. Chris O Neill

I think the first 3 are all fairly close. Then there is a HUGE dropoff in quality after those 3. Barker was actually a really good player for a few years but didnt last long, and she was still never up with the big guns (well Conchita wasnt ever really either but atleast she had alot of consistency and longevity in the game, more than even Gaby in Jana in many ways). Ivanovic made 3 slam finals in 13 months but then fell off in a big way, but for that alone she probably is the best of the rest. Who knows what her future might hold. Majoli, Myskina, and Schiavone were all major surprises, and Ruzici and Jausovec capitilized on years all the top women including Evert and Goolagong were off playing WTT. Melville was a good B-type contender in the early 70s, kind of similar to Majoli in the mid 90s and Myskina in the mid 2000s. She capatilized on a depleted Australian Open field to win her only slam.

Jordan and O Neill dont even come close to even that group however. They were in no way, shape, or form even top player on the WTA tour. Barbara was nowhere near the caliber of player her sister Kathy was and even Kathy was never seriously considered to win a slam (a real slam with people actually there). And O Neill wasnt even a top 100 player most of the time and her only pro title was the Australian Open that year.

PS- Only referring to players who won only just 1 slam title their whole careers BTW, for those not bright enough to already realize this.

Your polls are always soooo underinclusive. You neglected to mention:

Nancy Richey
Ann Haydon Jones
Kerry Melville Reid
Ana Ivanovic

All of those players have won just one Grand Slam singles title during the open era.

I am not referring to players who won other Slams before the Open Era as for obvious reasons it isnt fair to consider them as 1 slam winners.

How many Grand Slam singles titles did Kerry Melville Reid win in her career? Or Ana Ivanovic?
