I think it's more than just the serve that betrayed momo

also the fact that she doesn't hit hard, like mary!!

mary was just the better player today, momo had some nice moments though

oh momo, I just hope kimmie can do what you couldn't

nah, since Amélie has lost to her, I want Mary to finish what she has started: her run to the victory

Oh without a doubt, but I didn't feel everyone wanted to see my whole list of things I think she should change/or improve. I tend to go on at times.

Amélie Mauresmo, 2009 GDF Suez, 2007 Proximus Diamond Games, 2006 World No. 1 ,Wimbledon Champion, Proximus Diamond Games, Gaz, Australian Open, 2005 YEC, Advanta Chamionships, Italian Open, Proximus Diamond Games, 2004 World No. 1, Advanta Championships, Generali Linz, Rogers Cup, Italian Open, German Open, 2003 J&S Cup, Advanta Championships, 2002 Rogers AT&T Cup, Dubai Open, 2001 Gaz, Nice, Amelia Island, and Eurocard Ladies German Open, 2000 Adidas International, and 1999 Bratislava Champion

There's a fine line between love and hate; that line is called family!

No one does things exactly the way I want them to. No one ever has. It’s a problem they have!

If only Momo could realize what she should change/or improve

Amélie!! Mary played so well today though; ironically Amélie might have had a better chance if she had played Justine in the quarter final! I agree there are certain things that Amélie needs to work on: serve, service return and especially her forehand, it definitely needs to be flatter and deeper. Here's Amélie's post match interview:

Oh, and a final thought, looking for a silver lining to the cloud: at least Mary is showing you can still challenge for Grand Slams at the age of 30!

Amélie is too much passive since a moment...i'm worried about her she doesnt play her tennis this year, she has been lucky with the draws and the opponents...move your ass Amélie, please!

not surprised about amélie loss against mary. She doesnt play a really good tennis now, not agressive enough and her service was bad.

Congrats to mary.

There's still a lot of things that need fixing, but if she had to lose to someone, Mary's not too bad...

I still think she can win one- or is it that I don't want to think I'm supporting a hopeless player? Well, she hasn't played anywhere near her best since last year, with the possible exception of her Wimbledon semi, so it shouldn't really surprise me. I just hope she picks it up for the Fed Cup next week- and for next year.

Congratulations to Mary! Awesome play, eat Dementieva for lunch in the semis, and go all the way.

Well, I walk into the room
Passing out hundred dollar bills
And it kills and it thrills like the horns on my Silverado grill
And I buy the bar a double round of crown
And everybody's getting down
And this town ain't never gonna be the same.
Cause I saddle up my horse and I ride into the city
I make a lot of noise
Cause the girls, they are so pretty...

All
ez Amélie!
