I am absolutely certain that the admins/moderators are in this forum, and I would like an answer.

It's very weird They don't even answer. They might be afraid of saying reasons that don't exist.

If you post a topic which the mods consider "offensive" or "attacking" then your thread may be deleted. For example I posted a thread that I hoped Sernea lost early at the 2002 US OPEN so Venus could win which considering Venus has lost to Serena in 5 or 6 GS finals is a valid arguement. But I was just joking but it was deleted so maybe this helps. I do consider it wierd that a thread about "Is Whoever Tennis Player Gay?" is not deleted when a thread about tennis IS deleted and they both are jokes...

Maybe "Julie" was on one of her power trips...

I agree that the Admin's should share their thinking on more "board issues" in posts (esp. as some of the nutcases in GM may actually be "testing the limits" to find out just what Mikey asked above). But in far more cases I wonder why a thread was NOT deleted (or @ least poisonous posts in many).

Exactly so, mate. But then again, I'm sure the mods have limited resources. You should report the posts/threads you think should be deleted.

I do think that the way threads are deleted and people get banned with no explanations or warnings creates a certain amount of resentment. I noticed when the board closed down, one of the reasons given was 'hostility to the admin/moderators'. I suspect part of the reason for that is that they create an image of themselves as faceless and humourless. A little openess would help in that department, I reckon.

*answer: apparently not...

My thread was deleted cos i asked them a question about leena. i asked them to let her come back and uban her, and all i got was my thread deleted.

all these fucking admins are a bunch of cowards. they couldnt' even answer why my thread was deleted. the other day, one of leena's friends asked why they don't unban her, and he got banned.

won't be surprised if i'm next.

youre right. i started one and it was deleted before I could say I emailed and PMed WTA amanda and also sent her a rep comment and I got zero reply.

I think if they are not going to answer people, then saying send comments is not the answer...

You're all people who are here since a long time, so you should know by know we don't have a policy of discussing bans and suspensions. The people concerned know why they were banned/suspended, and that's the only thing that matters, right? Are you all old women that want to know some gossip? This isn't a teaparty.

[I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and give in.]

[Once we were called secret admirers, now we are just called stalkers.]

[Restraining orders are just another way of saying I love you.]
