Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

Just my take on my recent Banning.

1. Is there a RULE against having more the ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD??
I have serveral people in my household that we have accounts in the same forums. Three of us have accounts in the same SKYDIVING FORUMS. Four of us have accounts in the same BICYCLE FORUM, and two us HAD ACCOUNTS in the TENNISFORUM.

2. There should be some rule on MODS when it comes to enforcing the rules, and being being biased because of their favorite. I was BANNED twice WITHOUT WARNING. I think that was WRONG. Second I was banned for having MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. That was COMPLETELY WRONG. And if the MODS had asked me did I have multilple accounts, I would have told them NO. Again, there is no rule against multiple accounts in the same household. Should it be were I am a tennis fan, and like to post in the TennisForum, but my wife/brother/household member CANNOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE SHE IS THE SAME HOUSEHOLD?????

3. I think I was banned because the MOD that banned me was a fav of another tennis player..Example, supposed some of the Extreme Fan Base Posters became mods. What do you think would happen? Of course they would BANNED the other fan-base at a blink of the eye.
4. When I was banned UNJUSTLY this 3rd time, I wrote a letter to Nicolas R. and got no answer.. No problem, here is the letter below. And you all can BANNED ME FOR POSTING THE TRUTH..

Nicolas, I need your help here or a least a fair understanding. I am the victim of
BIASED moderators. You can be the judge of that. I get banned for just doing what others
do. Be that as it may, but this last ban was totally BIASED AND WRONG.

I live in a household with my family. We have 12 computers. I have two brothers, a wife,
on sister and 4 grandchildren. We all used the computers and on various forums. My two
brothers and I are on several forums together. We race motorcycles together and we all on
the motorcycle race forums and the skydive forums together.

One of my brothers is/was on the Tennisforum. However, today, I got banned for having
duplicate accounts. Not fair Nicolas, not fair. I didn't even get ASKED what is going on,
just the hammer came down and banned me. Never a warning. You also can look at my posts
and see that neither I or my brother has broken any rules.

My id is cehowardrx7 his id is BillyJack.
Even if you don't do anything, I just want to bring it to your attention of how biased
some of your moderators are. It is a lot funning between fans, but some take it to heart.
Now, if you got a moderator that is a fan, and takes it to heart, then they have to power
to use in a way which is not fair.
Again, just want to bring this to your attention, and is it in the rules that multiple
people in the same household can or cannot have different accounts, after all we are
different people with some share a lot of likes.
Thanks for listening and reading,

Coleman

Re: Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

But.... won't you probably just get banned again for posting a topic like this as a general thread?? If that's the case, then doesn't it sort of defeat the purpose??

(Saw this about the multiple accounts thing. Did you have prior approval?) POLICY Multiple accounts from the same household

You got a point there. However, I just wanted to let everybody know my opinion. I even stated in this post, that you can banned me for this.

Not the first time people get prosecuted for speaking the truth. BTW, can you tell me if there is a RULE that limits 1 account per household? Also, can you tell me a person can be banned on assumptions? Just honest questions.. Along with the MODS that belong to so and so fan bases, and then issuing out judgements.. Supposes some of the extreme users were MODS.. Example, ACESHIGH, supposed he/she was a mod, what do you think he would do? He would make it rough for every Serena-fan on the face of the earth. That is my point..

Ban me.. I am just posting my feelings about and unjust banning. Not only that, I wrote the TOP ADMIN, and never got an answer.. Here is an OPEN LETTER to the top admin..

Re: Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

shouldn't this be discussed with an Administrator or Super Moderator and not in open board?

Yes as the following URL Says:

Re: Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

Admin's and moderators don't have to reply (at least to the best of my knowledge). Maybe the particular admin/moderator didn't want to get involved. If that's the case, possibly try taking it up with another admin.

The exact words from the post about multiple accounts:
"Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted on www.tennisforum.com and are grounds (potentially) for a permanent ban from this site.

With regard to separate individuals posting from the same address / household, this is considered on a case by case basis and allowed only with the express prior permission of a super moderator or administrator.

(Sorry if this post is inconvenient/annoying, some of the previous replies popped up while I was replying, and I didn't see them in time).

Re: Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

Why...it affects everyone who posts here and he deserves answers. We all do. I've been here awhile though I post infrequently. Some of the ppl who are now mods were definite bat shit cray haters of the Williams sisters they could not effectively moderate themselves...how can they be trusted to moderate others with anything approaching fairness?

Re: Honest questions on MODS/BANNING/FAVORITISM

Frode, Meelis, Zamboni and James are all pretty active and nice to deal with (not that the others aren't; I just haven't dealt with them) "Steve" just handled a request of mine recently, too: the "New Posts" that now appears on the right side of the screen. One of them should be able to help, especially with the multiple accounts in one household thing.

Tell us did you message an administrator or Super Moderator to get permission?

BTW. What are credits and who keeps tab of the post counts. I'd be amazed if I've posted 500 times...let alone 2000+.

Now, that is the first I have heard of you have to notify them if more than one account in a household. Now, we are DIFFERENT people with DIFFERENT email addresses. We are just in the same household. Never knew you needed permission to do that, and I surely wasn't asked if that was the case.

Thank you much for your informative and kind reply.
