What is the hieracrchy of reputation + vBookie?

I know there is "much to be proud of" and "beacon of light"
A) what do they mean?
B) What is the order of best to worse)

Why aren't they bringing it back?
It seemed cool
I joined after it was abolished IIRC so what exactly did you do?
