Someone has edited forum's html source and let Dreamweaver...

... close the body tag automatically. That's why now we get a band of background that's a whole screen tall and you have to scroll down to see messages.
Turn off "let Dreamweaver fix missing tags automatically" and redo the edits again from an older version of the file.

I had the same problem once with a forum I administered- that's how I recognized this symptom.

About the "new look" of the forum

In case the administrators are wondering what happened.

Re: Someone has edited forum's html source and let Dreamweaver...

The forum seems to look normal in Internet Explorer for me. So it could be something related to Firefox (which I use exclusively now) and possibly the Adblocker plugin.

It's like this in Safari too, so it's not solely related to Firefox.

It is a problem in Chrome too.

The instruction you provide is for the Administrators, not for us users, right?
Is there anything users can do?

I only got in here because if you go to www.tennisforum.com, then click right on the thread (not a Forum) you can get into it.

no problem in Opera

Winter Is Coming

"Fine words." Tyrion was unimpressed. "Words are wind. Who is this bloody savior?"
"A dragon." The cheesemonger saw the look on his face at that, and laughed. "A dragon with three heads."

I switched to 2007 CSS, and it's fine too.

I don't have the Adblocker plugin, and I have the problem.
