Partial administrators?

I think that it is a good thing that a message board has administrators but I also think they should be impartial.

During the last months I have noticed several times that the Belgian administrators were partial towards me. The first time, a Belgian administrator deleted a thread started by me although that was completely unjustified. As a matter of fact, the thread was restored after I contacted Griffin.

Then a Belgian administrator gave me 3 badreps in 1 minute and he could only do that by abusing the extended rights he has as an administrator. I find that very worrying. Sure an administrator has as many rights as other posters to badrep me but even though he has extended rights, he should not abuse them to have a go at a poster he does not like.

But it can get even worse. A Belgian poster wrote a post in which he made several extremely rude comments about me. If it would have been in non-tennis such a comment would have been removed immediately. It is however in a fanthread where there does not seem to be a moderator at all.

As a matter of fact, the same poster and his in real life boyfriend have started a kind of mud-slinging campaign against me by means of frequent badreps. Now I don't care about the badreps as such but I do care about the comments which go with them. I do not want to quote them here because they are really very rude but I have to admit that I am really shocked to see that two guys I do not know at all have apparently developed such a hatred for me that they need to engage in this stream of insults.

The badrep comments are private so that would to some extent be acceptable.
What is not acceptable is the insulting comments in the fanthread I mentioned before. What is definitely not acceptable is that I sent a pm to one of the Belgian moderators but he is ignoring it. The comments were in Dutch so I thought a Dutchspeaking moderator could better judge the contents of the post than Griffin (who I think is a fairer administrator anyway but does not know any Dutch).

I wonder what is happening on this board? Are some posters only moderators to protect their little clique? I think that is unacceptable.
