You are welcome ..

Now it makes sense. I had a seen a report earlier that Iroda was getting a wildcard, but was a bit surprised that they would give her a main draw WC. They were talking about qualies. Glad she would be playing there .. People remember her nice run earlier and like her there.

I guess Shahar Peer either made the main draw in the end, or got a last minute wildcard?

Thanks Jay

There are two options:
1. She is coming back to Israel to do 5 (!) final exams. Not only final exams sucks she has to do it while she could get some nice points. Good luck girl (thanks shirgan)
2. She did get into MD. but looks like its the first one.

We'll see.

Queen of Asia.

translates to - reliable sources, if anyone was wondering...
and yes - i think shahar has the same exams i take - and wer'e doing summer exams.
i also think she's in "dovrey anglit", i thought i read it somewhere two years ago when they did an article about "dudi sela - the greatest israeli yet?" and put her aside, saying she might have a good run too plus 2 or three words with her.
HA HA!
in any case - i think she must have gotten in, regarding she was fifth in qualy, and of the 4 players before her 2 got MD wildcards.
nice one, God

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

"Knowledgable sources" is a better translation... whatever, it's good sources you can rely on their knowledge...

mind you... the tournament is a week early so Shahar has a chance for net gain of points before those from last year get off...
