Oh way to go Alicia

Don't worry Partyzantka! This Hopman Cup has been full of surprises (Schiavone beating Clijsters and Seles, and Pisnik beating Testud), I'm sure Arantxa didn't take this match so seriously since Spain already advanced.....Spain did advance right? LOL VAMOS!!!

Good win for Alicia though.

As Julian said, Spain already knew they had a walkover from Hewitt's illness, but still I wouldn't say Arantxa didn't take it too seriously -- I just think that if it *had* counted, the third set might have gone a little differently. ANYWA, Spain *is* in the final and that's what really REALLY matters! VAMOS, ESPANA!

I agree on the sentiments...Nice effort by Alicia

I am not too concerned about this loss, I'm happy Spain's through to the finals, and we'll see how Arantxa fairs there when her match could be the difference between the title or not. Hopefully they can get through!

"Religion has actually convinced people that there is an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. Any if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But he loves you."

Thanks Steve ..I just noticed that it is the same posters that undermined Martina Navratilova's win as well
