What will the seedings and draw procedure be at Olympics?

I wonder. First of all, Williams sisters's seedings is always a question. Olympic seedings doesn't go into category of WTA events, neither it is a Grand Slam. Will they use Special seedings for Serena? Will they ignore the fact that they can't special seed Venus The Defending Champ at Olympics? Will they officially "rig" the draw to distribute the players from the same country into different quarters of the draw - because normally, in singles competition when the players play for their country they would try to ensure that players from the same country do not knock each other out before the final stage of the tournament? Many questions..

Here is one ruling that I read: "Where practical no players from the same country shall be placed in the same quarter of the draw."

I got this from Australian Tennis Magazine and they did not include a source.

I think Serena will receive her special seeding, but I don't think it makes much difference if Venus doesn't.

I think this can be prevented in some cases if the Russians are among those seeded 5-8, but if it comes to medal matches, they might face each other.
