At Cagnes-sur-mer Kveta beat Nooni 6-4 6-4 in the first round but lost 2-6 4-6 against Bychkova today.

At least she can play Berlin now, also qualies if necessary.
She will team up with Barbara Rittner in doubles, that will be Barbara's farewell event.

Kveta is top-seed in Berlin qualifying. She plays Petkovic in the first round (she *should* win that pretty easily), then either Baltacha or Kandarr.

Go Kveta!

Kveta won 60 61 against Petkovic. She'll face Jana Kandarr for a spot in the maindraw now. Last fall, she beat her easily 6-1 6-1 in a german national tourney.

Go Kveta.
