Serena's Shoes... What's going on.

First, these look like off the shelf Nikes, not very original like her Pumas.

But, my main concern is I saw her RE-TYING them between points at least THREE or more times during the match.

I don't seem to remember her having this problem with the Pumas.

Nike, please fix the laces problem, She will have problems with tougher opponents in the future if a shoe becomes untied during a point.

Well, I noticed it during the tape delayed match on ESPN. While I have it on videotape, I do not have a way of capturing scenes for my computer.

If anyone else has a tape and the required hardware please post the pictures.

She tied her shoe several times. It seemed excessive.
