Anett Kontaveit is 14 years old tennis player. She won Estonian national championships in 2009. Could she be new star for Estonia in future? Atleast there is hope for that. This thread is for her. So let`s share Anett`s tennis results and talk about her tennis.
Anett in MD for Eastbourne If she brings some Wimby form of last year I foresee good results Hopefully she has had a glance at some of the other Estonians
If Anett does get past Mestach she could play Dodin. Dodin can play very very well but also terribly, so Anett would for sure have a shot. I am more worried about this first match though
I know I threatened 2 years ago to change my Avatar to Anastasiya Petryk but I didn't cause Anett won Moscow 25K  However, I now feel an obligation to change to my new Estonian #2 Lera-GOAT Nettu-GOAT will return in the future I am sure, but Lera-GOAT deserves her time.
To remember Anett:
I will also try and post my previous Avis (if I remember them all, I have a strong recollection of 3 others, one from Alexela Masters, one from RG Juniors and that one of her in PInk where she looks real purty. Is there also one of her on a lawn when she was younger after GR Juniors QF?).
Anett is playing now against Mestach 1-1, after she squandered a chance for a break in the opening game. Mestach is in poor form so a good chance for Anett here Follow in Livescore Thread
Broady already beat Zhang, it would be Broady or Dodin in QF.
But she has to get past Georgina Garcia-Perez first. GGP won a tough long match against Sramkova in R1. This should be an easy win for Anett but you never know with her..
GGP is massive, like 195 cm Anett traditionally plays badly against these players but I think she should get through and it will be good practice for either Dodin or Broady. This quarter is 100% BBB  Would be amazing for her to make a SF
