Why Croatia even doesn't have challenger?

I'm really pissed we even do not have 25k challenger. I think it is pretty shameful! There even were some stories on backing WTA tournament in Croatia (source: http://www.tportal.hr/sport/ostalisp...atsku-ali.html) but we even do not have challenger. Not that long ago we had two strong ones: Zagreb and Makarska and now we only have 10k tournaments. Last edition of WTA Bol was in 2003.
I mean, for men, we have 2 ATP and some challengers but for women nothing. That's also not ok. I think we deserve at least 50k challenger but definitely much more! I just like to discuss this and hope things will change soon!

If some of our players wins a tournament or becomes consistent top 50 player then maybe things change!
Untill then we have to go to WTA tournaments in other countries.
I've never been to one yet but I will go this year to Stuttgart!
