Just so you know: I'm better than you because my fave is better than your fave. Your fave is a bitch and a shrieking BBB. Or was it pusher? Who cares. She's a classless brat anyway. But don't you dare insult my fave, idiot.
Well done Petra It was a tough first set, I disagree on your statement Bleeth that it was one big nothing from her, Petra never had a good shot selection, lower down your expectations, her form is not even on 50% of RG form from last year. I love that she used her volleys and shortened more than few potentially tricky points. Her dropshots were on standard level, but I have to say, Pliskova moves pretty good for a tall flat hitter she is, far better than Donna. I would just like to see from Petra that she analyses her oppponent better during the match. It was pretty naive of her to hit poor second serves on Pliskova's forehand after she was bombed once or twice in the very beginning of the match. She moved better today IMO than in first round. Also I have to give credit to her or her team for not using kick first serves, she missed a lot of them against Ivanović on RG.I still think that she should use it sometimes, but not always.15 aces with her flat serve is proof that with good positioning, her serves can be more than awkward for all players on the tour. Regardless of the fact that she blew two points on 5:4 in tiebreak, she showed a good level of mental strength, on 4:5 Pliskova had 15:30 and Petra solved this problem with nice serves, and also on 5:6 30:30 and 2 deuces. Next opponent is probably Pironkova, grass court specialist, tough cookie. But with 65-70% of first serve I think she has a chance GL Petra
