Re: ~Petra Martic~
Well, Broadipova certainly showed some skill today, so good job Petra for getting through a tricky one. I was surprised to be honest with the level of play presented by Broady, especially her serve, but she was also good on return at times, as well as on both wings from the baseline. She's not a player who gives you a lot of pace, which is what Petra doesn't like, and it was evident. Whenever was Petra allowed to actually construct a point, she'd win almost every time. But Broady was powering her way through with a lot of short points and direct winners, and Petra could only do so much under the circumstances. She also could've felt a little stiff cause it's her first match of the week, and first ones are always tough so all things considered I'm happy to see her through. Let's hope the next one will be a little easier (who's next btw?).
