Stéphanie Dubois

Wow, has this girl got potential!

She's played impressively in Québec defeating Tzipora Obziler easily and taking Jidkova to three sets and 2 tie breaks!

The future of Canadian tennis right here!

Imagine if she would have pulled that one off against Jidkova and she could have faced an ailing Pierce in the quarters... Wow.

Hopefully Pelletier, Drake or even Gloria can make a surge into the top 100 next year.

Steph beat Mall 6-3, 7-5 in the second round!
Steph beat Devidze 6-2, 6-4 in the quarters!
She's now in the semis and will face 18 year-old Varvara Lepchenko (UZB) ranked 230 in the world.

She seems to be getting easier matches (by looking at the scores) as she progresses through the tournament!
She definitely has a chance to win this tournament!
Go Steph!!

Marie-Ève beat Lepchenko twice this year in straight sets.
Hopefully she'll give Steph some tips to beat her.
