Caro is currently France's number 2 in the 1993 generation, far away from Kristina obviously. Still, her results are good enough to follow them on a thread. She is born in October, which could explain why her talent has been overshadowed by girls born earlier in the year.

She plays with a double-handed backhand and her best shot is definitely her serve. Her forehand has lots of firepower as well. She still has to work on her return and movement, I'd say.

She is 64th on the junior ranking (but won her first Grade 1 tournament beating Allgurin, Mestach and Cepede). On the pro tour, she is part of top 700 thanks to good showings in 25k. She's slightly overanked I think but she does have interesting wins over Riner, Dabija and Kondratieva.

Allez Caro :)

Today Caroline scored another win in a 25k in Belfort where she has a WC into the main draw.

Defeated Laurendon 63 12ret. on a thigh injury. Anaïs made many mistakes but Caroline stayed very solid all the way. :yeah:

She faces Claudia Giovine now who is a very hard hitter. It will be difficult I think but if she keeps on serving as well as today, she can make it tough for the Italian!

caroline lost 4-6 3-6

It was kinda bad match from her against brainless ballbasher giovine.
Caro made many ues and was overpowered by the italian.Made many ues too.
She must make some muscles imo,she looks too skinny. She must also improve on tactics.
She s perhaps playing too "junior" right now.

Caroline backing up a solid indoor tour by reaching QF in Thailand and now she is in the final of a Grade 1 junior tournament in Malaysia! :D
She defeated again some young girls on the rise like Zheng Saisai 26 63 63 and Tamara Curovic 63 63. She faces Australian Open's unexpected semi-finalist Tang Hao-Chen. She should be close to top 30 now!
French junior tennis is quite promising this year with Caro and Lou :)

Caro tried her best and lost 36 76(0) 63! So close to get another title :awww:

Still she can be very proud of her week! She's definitely been the best 1993 player after Kristina since Amandine's injury. There's a lot to improve to clean her game but she has very nicely confirmed the breakthrough she had last year.

Allez Caro! Good luck in Philippines!

Caro is 15th in the juniors ranking after winning Beaulieu sur Mer in doubles and reaching SF in singles. A reward for her very consistent season! She should be seeded for RG!

Cerise sur le gâteau, she's just won her first round in Cagnes as a WC defeating Martinovic 63 63. :yeah:
Bravo Caro!! Good to see another French junior scoring wins in major tournaments!

yeah caroline seemed very disappointed at the end of the match:sad:

amélie spoke about her and how she managed to pass from junior to pro.

I saw that caro is on the entry list of others junior tournaments till the end of the year.
Hopefully she'll have a wc to play at ITF in France later:)
