10K Savitaipale

Antonina Lysakova lost her first final 5-7, 3-6. Still a good week for this 16-yr old qualifier.

#23 · (Edited)
Karen Barbat has mentioned Lysakova in a couple of her recent blogs. Karen says Lysakova is quite young but very talented and is really blasting the ball 'Sharapova-style'. Karen is sure we'll see much more to Lysakova in the future (Karen's blogs are here but in Danish only).

Addition: It's also woth mentioning that Anastasia Komardina (semi finalist in Finland last week) plays left handed - something which was also stressed by Karen. But you probably know that already (or may have seen it on her ITF profile).

Aida is a 17 yr old, has not played on ITF level yet and has an 0-2 record in Juniors this year. Best of luck.
