Olga was really pushed by Dasha She went on to win in three, 75 26 64! Now faces Rodionova for the Q spot.

Daria made 13 DFs in the match, compared to only 3 for Olga. Normally its Olga who's a bit of a DF machine sometimes..

Yes, hope she beats her!

Olga retired 06 30 down to Nastya Hope she wasn't just trying to avoid the double She'd never lost to Nastya before. Now 2-1. Hope she will be okay!

Re: OLGA POUTCHKOVA Cheering Thread!!!

Olga retired from her match against Rodionova because of a sprain in her right ankle, hope she's OK.

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

^ That doesn't sound good. At least it's near the end of the season for her...some nice recovery time for her after such a good second half to the season.

I think she's still on the list for these brand new WTA challengers in Delhi and Taipei

Olga seems to still be injured, as she hasn't played those WTA Challengers she initially was signed for.

Re: OLGA POUTCHKOVA Cheering Thread!!!

Puchy had a nice year and it's awesome to have her back on track. (I got to see her this year at RG but unfortunately it was quite a disaster, she lost to Kiki Bertens like 2-6 0-6 ).

And now she's spending her free time trying to capture the beauty of flowers
