The Year 2004 for Nadia!

What will happen in the year 2004? Can she reach once more the Semi Final at Rolland Garros or win the French Open!? or another Grand Slam Title?

For sure she will win her first WTA title in this Season, if there comes no injury which will stop her. I hope that she can play without any injurys.

Some things need a russian touch!
I need a touch from Nadia Petrova!

Nadia was the only Russian to reach the semis of a major this year.
I think she's going to improve. The competition in 2004 will make it tough for any Russian to reach a slam semi.
The battle for Russian #1, and to make the Olympic team will be highlights of 2004.
And Nadia will be a part of both battles. Just stay healthy.

I definitly believe 2004 is going to be Nadia's year. Yes, it's going to be extremely tough to reproduce a result like her SF's at the French, with the Williamses and other injured players coming back. But I believe Nadia will for sure win her first title, and it won't be a shabby Tier IV or V

Hi @ all Nadya Fans!!!

Yeah definetly it could be her year. It's sad, that she wasnit able to win a titel yeat, but she will do! Her finish of the 2003 saison was just great, but although she reached 4 semis and 1 final she is still without... She has a huge weapon- her serve- I saw her in Leipzig and in Filderstadt- there I met her and got a autograph. Oh my god- she is such a lovely person and after Daniela Hantuchova my fave!
The keypoint is for her to improve her netgame and to play more consistently. She has great gandstrokes a amzing serve (about 180 Kmh- in Leipzig against Myskina her record was 184 Kmh!!!!) and she always tries to go for a winner and play agressive. She isn't complete yet, but if she can stay without major inyjuries, she will have a very promising future!!!

So to all her fans!

P.S.: Good luck for your site!!!

Daniela Hantuchova - year 2005- time for the 2nd vicotory and rolling up in the rankings! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Pam Shriver: " A Star is born...This big win over Martina Hingis is one of the biggest surprises ever in women's tennis."

Good luck also to: Nadia Petrova , Anastasia Myskina , Martina Sucha, Lubomira Kurhajcova, Janette Husarova, Jarmila Gajdosova, Zuzana Ondraskova, Elena Bovina, Vera Zvonareva, Marta Domochowska

For sure she is a lovely person! - I met her in Linz (for sure I only made the jurney for her) and I now my russia flag (which a shop here in Austria has made especially for me) is autographed. I knew the irony that I was on the streets on the Austrian National Day (Oktober 26th) with a Russian Flag in Austria

PS: Thank you! Maybe we will see us in Filderstadt or Leipzig some day.

2004 should be great for Nadia. She's commited to Gold Coast, then will play Canberra before the Australian Open. Which is a smart move by her because I'm sure she wants to beat Vera to that #12 seeding

But this is another great opportunity for Nadia to pick up her first title. She is going to be seeded 2 at the Gold Coast (behind Sugiyama), so a title there would be favorable.

Then at Canberra she is going to be the overwhelming favorite. And I expect nothing less than for her to win Canberra, which would be fantastic

I'd like to see Nadia win a tournament. Just to get it out of the way, so she can focus on getting into the top 10 and trying to be Russian #1.

I hope so- although it will be only a tier III.... So way to go for her.... But her game is good engough for big tournaments- maybe not in 2004, but later for sure, if she can stay healthy.... Her serve is already one of the strongest and also her groundstrokes are looking very powerful.... I think the netgame needs some more work....

So all the best in 2004 for Nadia!!!!!

And greetings to all her supporters!

I'm right on target so far. Nadia is #6 in the world. And she is one of the best doubles players in the world, also.

Nadia withdrew from Fed Cup because of tiredness also. Her next tournament is Berlin!

Now her next Tornament will be Rolland Garros. The question is, if she is able to reach again the SF or maybe more (I hope so)!?

The last lost matches say something different, but it's a Grand Slam and that's different from normal Tournaments. She loves the tournament in Paris - she won it as a junior.
