Osaka Qualies
QR1: Aoyama d. Plipuech 06 64 60

Was so surprised when she won the first in a bagel, damn she couldn't do the same in the second.

Re: Peangtarn & Plobrung Plipuech (THA)

Hi AYUMI-GOAT!!

Saw Plipuech play both of her matches in Pattaya.....WOW, what a great player!!!!

She was so impressive against Zvonareva, incredible serving, returning everything, cross-court winners...was so impressed with her!!! And after the match everyone in the grounds was talking about how amazing she was

For the dubs....I guessed that Eleni/Krunic wouldnt expect them to be such a tough team, they really didnt expect Plipuech's booming serve She really is a big talent though, with more experience and playing higher tournies, she's gonna get better and better!!!

btw - Got photos of the matches so will upload some to your thread here when I get some time!!

Re: Peangtarn & Plobrung Plipuech (THA)

Wow surprising. In the past year or so most Thais have gone backwards in singles Plipuech, Lertpitaksinchai, Luangnam, Wongteanchai, Buayam, Lertcheewakarn etc.

Only Thamchaiwat looks like she's making something happen. So it's surprising to see Peangtarn sitting on a CHR

Re: Peangtarn & Plobrung Plipuech (THA)

She also just qualified for the 125K in Dalian and won her first round already against Tang with two breadsticks.

Next opponent will be either Kai-Ling Zhang or Glushko.
