u have to take the train up to luxembourg city, and then take the busline 5 on the other side of the road when you come out of station. you stay in the bus until the last station where you can take the 'seat open' bus that brings you to the hall.

it takes about 15 minutes until the last station, depending on the traffic. you can also get out of the bus on the 2nd last station, which close to the courts, but it's more difficult to recognize. maybe you can recognize it because a lot of people leave the bus or you just ask some people.
