A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

Vivi won´t play the quali; She will play semis in Taskhent

Don´t listen to a word I say
The screams all sound the same
Though the truth may vary this
Ship will carry our bodies safe to shore

I can't believe these kind of match-ups

(2) Kuznetsova (WTA 34) vs Cohen-Aloro (WTA 61)
(3) Likhovtseva (WTA 35) vs Pratt (WTA 54)

(ALT) Dhenin (WTA 535) vs (WC) Schmassmann (WTA 813)

So who's gonna get the big points?

BTW, as either Cara or Els will have to withdraw (maybe the 2 of them) so I'd advise any swiss girl from the board to head towards Zurich and sign for an alternate spot

First round losers in qualies earn 1.275 $
