Oh no, it started raining again. I am tired and want to go to bed, but I don't want to miss this match either. This is worse than Wimbledon.

2000-2007: My "Kim years". My best years as a tennis fan. A few bitter losses but a lot of great matches and great wins. Thank you, Kim Clijsters!

I'm sure it's tough for both of them but Amélies serve has been off all tournament she really will need to fix that to keep up with Kim when they resume!

RIP Elena Baltacha, thank you for dedicating your life to a sport we all love. You'll be missed but never forgotten.

Apparently they've sent Amélie and Kim (and I think all the 'day session' players) home now as it's still raining heavily in NY! Let's hope the weather improves tomorrow...
