She's only won 2 Australian Opens just not in the Open Era, and 2 others that she made the final of, but were never played and one in the Open Era(1969).

Well, considering she is on "Strictly" it looks very doubtful. But if she did, I am sure she could win the GS in Mixed with a good partner.
I miss her.

Margaret actually won MORE GS singles titles outside Australia than she did in her own country. She won eleven Australian singles titles whereas she won thirteen at the French/Wimbledon/US Championships.

Re: Mixed double queens (Open era)

we should update OG medals and hopman cup.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.

This thread is for GS only, I consider Hopman cup as an exho (mixed doubles most of the time not played if the result is already decided) + OG are back since London 2012, let s wait and see if it continues after Rio, I could as well add Key Biscayne (mixed doubles draws in the 80 s), Beijing (mixed played once), Commonwealth games or Universiades, not the same draws nor the same importance.
