Inaccurate. First of all Olivia Sanchez ended her mega-streak (with a very lucky draw) in early 2009.
Second, as Boreas pointed out, Palkina is currently on 11 and was well inside top-200 when it started, so she already qualifies based solely on her 2009 performance.

Does the Hopman Cup win count for Cirstea?

Pretty sure Scruff won a Q match in Brisbane?

HC doesnt count clearly.
Schruff won not 1, but two matches in Auckland.
Gullickson lost her first match. She has really gone downhill after winning US open.

Ksenia Palkina at 12. Her last win dates all way back to Istanbul Qualies where she defeated Biljana Pavlova

If you mean Alexandra, then she just won a $10,000 tournament last week.

Re: (In)famous Losing Streaks (10+)

Are they related Tatiana and Alexandra?

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.
