Berlin

Q1: Callens vs Bachmann(Ger)

I know I've been a liar
And I know I've been a fool
I hope we didn't break it
But I'm glad we broke the rules
My cave is deep now
Yet your light is shining through
I cover my eyes
Still all I see is you

Hopelijk heeft Callens weer wat meer zelfvertrouwen na haar zege op Kostanic.

Hopefully Stefanie De Laet can sneak into the Catania qualifying draw, she's the 2nd alternate.

Els is out of her slump

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

Els Good luck against Medina Garrigues

Kim has to play a qualifier in round 2...but the tophalf is so Venus, Sprem, Pierce, Shaughnessy, Dokic, Zvonareva, Testud, Zuluaga, Sugiyama, Sharapova, Petrova.......

My dream 3rd rnd would be Kim vs Groenefeld

I agree the top half is way stronger than the bottom Suarez and Dechy are also in the top half. The top 4 seeds in the bottom half are Mauresmo, Myskina, Dementieva and Capriati compared to Kim, Venus, Nadia and Sugiyama and also Vera in top half

Anna Meares & Nathan Outteridge

Els on her way out of the tournie 0-6 0-2 against Medina now
I hope she already had breakfast this morning, no need for a double bagel
