AM and the US Hardcourt season...

She was sure looking good at WIMBLEDON.
Will Amelie continue with her good form on
the US Hardcourts leading up to the US OPEN?

Amelie only has Montreal and New Haven Conn.
to sharpen her hardcourt act. Are 2 events
enough warm- up for the US OPEN 2002?

I never think she plays enough tournaments but I wanta see her play in everything

With the new coach and new training regimen I think she'll be ok. Hardcourts are not her best surface but I look forward to seeing improvement on that surface.

Amélie Mauresmo, 2009 GDF Suez, 2007 Proximus Diamond Games, 2006 World No. 1 ,Wimbledon Champion, Proximus Diamond Games, Gaz, Australian Open, 2005 YEC, Advanta Chamionships, Italian Open, Proximus Diamond Games, 2004 World No. 1, Advanta Championships, Generali Linz, Rogers Cup, Italian Open, German Open, 2003 J&S Cup, Advanta Championships, 2002 Rogers AT&T Cup, Dubai Open, 2001 Gaz, Nice, Amelia Island, and Eurocard Ladies German Open, 2000 Adidas International, and 1999 Bratislava Champion

There's a fine line between love and hate; that line is called family!

No one does things exactly the way I want them to. No one ever has. It’s a problem they have!

Amelie had mentioned at the beginning of the year that she would play an extra tournament before the Open. Though she's not on the commitment lists, I'm hoping that maybe she'll take a wild card into San Diego or L.A. It'll give her a chance not only to get more matches in, but also pick up some free points.
