7-5 FABRICE!!!!!!!!!

The last two points contained the most amazing finesse shots you will ever see.

At DEUCE Santoro ran down about 15 balls in the corners and then when it looked VERY UNLIKELY he hit a drop shot that just barely crept over for a WINNER!!!!

The next point featured an unbelievable defensive lob followed by a two handed crosscourt finesse passing shot!!!!!

Wow great play from both players! Fabrice played "fab"ulous those last few points! But for some strange reason I want Michael to win this match...wouldn't really care either way though

What amazes me is how Fabrice makes his shots..I had to look a number of times how he does that slice his forehand side but I swear it was hit with his left hand! And he's right-handed! Never seen anything like this

ARANTXA SANCHEZ-VICARIO...Tennis legend in body and heart!

1989, 1994, 1998 French Open Champion, 1994 U.S. Open Champion
1994, 1995 Australian Open Finalist, 1995, 1996 Wimbledon Finalist
4- Time Olympic Medalist, 5-Time Fed Cup Winning Team, Inducted into Hall of Fame in 2007!!!

He did hit it with the left hand! That was all the more shocking.

How is Chang playing these days? I saw a caricature of him in Tennis magazine a while back where he was depicted hobbling across the court with a zimmer frame, hopefully this is not the case? He's only 31 so he can't be that decrepit but does he still have the energy to chase down every ball?

Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen Santoro play before. He looks boring but his game sounds interesting...

Santoro is wonderful. He can hit the ball every which ways. His volleys are great, his lobs, his drop shot is amazing, and most of all his slices are fantastic, especially his forehand slice. I love watching him.

And the COOL thing is that he NEVER plays the typical point like inside out forehands or whatnot. it is just fun to watch him outthink people and play like chess. btw, DENISE CAPRIATI was there watching. Maybe she could tell Jenn a little about variety and finesse.
