Wow! 152 viewings and only 1 response (which really wasn't a response)! What's up with that?

Thanks to both of you for posting the pictures. There were several players represented who I hadn't seen before. These pictures make one thing pretty clear - the qualies are a big step down from the main event in terms of glamour. You can see just a few people watching and half of those are probably coaches, friends, and relatives of the players. It's interesting to me to see what the venue looks like.

The pictures I liked the best are of Harkleroad. You caught her in some very dynamic poses. Maybe that's because she's a dynamic player. I've found Widjaja to be a good subject for the same reason.

He linked to pictures from the official web site, which of course was a very nice courtesy and deserving of a 'thank you', but your answer seems to imply that he took the pictures himself. Which I don't think he did. That's probably the reason why it didn't receive more responses.
