If you don't already, train yourself to put the racquet in your non-dominant hand after each point so that your dominant hand, wrist, forearm get a 10 second break and the muscles go through a range of motion rather than just being clenched around the racquet handle. It also makes it a lot easier to give your doubles partner a high-five after a good shot!
