how do we move a thread

first of all 1000 thanks for reopening the board and congrats for the new men's tennis section

just a short question from an IT illiterate: is it possible and if yes how do we move a thread from men's general message to a players forum?

You'll need to tell us which thread you need us to move. One of the admins will then move it for you - if your requested is accepted.

Well, there are lots of cheering threads in Men's tennis form, general messages. I think these belong in Player Forums I think!
A few of those threads are:
The Alex, Albert and Carlos cheering thread.
The Marat Safin cheering thread
Potato peelers cheering thread
The Federer Express cheering thread
The "Marly, GQ Fan, Wonders How To Move This Thread!" Thread
Guillermo Coria Cheering Thread

I would like it if at least 'the Guillermo Coria cheering thread' will go to the player forums.

Amanda and the other admins!

If one of you could spare the time, the other Lleykis and I would really, really appreciate it if you could move the "The "Marly, GQ Fan, Wonders How To Move This Thread!" Thread" from the Men's Tennis GM forum into the Lleyton Hewitt forum.

Thanks a bunch!

the "The Federer Express cheering thread" really belongs to the Roger Federer Forum. And most his users are with me.

So Amanda would you please move it in one of these rare spare minutes? Thank you.
